Tutorials

Tutorials are a key aspect of the course “Environmental Analysis and Landscape Mapping” since they represent the link between theoretical aspects and applications.

Tutorials are structured to introduce students to the potential of Geospatial Data processing by facing real case studies. Tutorial presents a diversified order of difficulty that increases during the course. Indeed, while the first tutorials presents a simple subset of commands the last ones faces complex analysis both in the field of GIS and Remote Sensing.

For the tutorials free and open source software are used to allow everyone to experience them.
